【摘要】 自然保护区的发展受到多方面的制约,保护区管理有效性是其中非常重要的一个因素。本文根据154个国家级自然保护区的问卷调查结果,对26项管理评价指标进行分析,运用主成分分析的方法确定了影响保护区管理有效性的6个主要指标类体系。其结果表明:(1)对管理有效性产生较大影响的主成分包括:资金保障、监控管理、经济开发收益、管理权归属以及行政执法、交流合作;(2)各主成分对于管理有效性的贡献率比较分散,没有突出的成分,累计贡献率为68.671%;(3)物资保障成分对保护区管理有效性的影响最大,达到26.011%;(4)监控管理、经济开发收益、管理权归属以及行政执法、交流合作等对保护区管理有效性的贡献率相对较小,没有管理行为类成分明显,在5%～12%之间;(5)根据结果计算保护区管理有效性得分S_总。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of protected areas is affected by many factors,among which management effectiveness is very important one.In this paper,according to questionnaire result of 154 national protected areas,applied the principal component analysis,six index systems affecting management effectiveness are confirmed.The result showns:(1) the six index systems include fund、supervisory management、economic development and income、landright and administration right、the execution for administration and law、intercourse and cooperation;(2) As far as the contribution rate to management effectiveness,there is no prominent factor;(3) Management action factor accounts for 26.011%in contribution rate;(4) The contribution rate of other five factors is less than that of management action factor respectively,ranging from 5%to 12%;(5) S can be used to compute the score of the management effectiveness.更多还原
