广东南昆山天然林与人工林土壤动物群落多样性的研究

Diversity of Soil Invertebrate Assemblages in the Natural and Plantation Forests of the Nankunshan Nature Reserve of Guangdong Province

【摘要】 本文于2001年11月和2002年5月对广东南昆山自然保护区的天然林和人工林森林土壤无脊椎动物的群落多样性进行了比较分析。本研究在24个样方中(每个样方面积为100 m~2)共采获森林土壤无脊椎动物26389头,分别隶属于2门6纲24目82科(或类群)。其中在天然林样方中,采获森林土壤无脊椎动物82科(或类群),19844头;在人工林样方中,采获森林土壤无脊椎动物59科(或类群),6545头。无论是天然林还是人工林,蜱螨目和弹尾目(主要为等节跳科、长角跳科、疣跳科和棘跳科)均为该保护区的优势类群,分别占总个体数的44.87%,35.85%(天然林)和36.63%,44.09%(人工林)。利用优势度指数(D)、密度—类群指数(DG)和多样性指数(H′)比较两种不同林分的土壤动物群落多样性,分析结果显示:天然林土壤无脊椎动物类群数、密度类群指数值(DG)与人工林比较差异显著(P<0.05),表明天然林在土壤无脊椎动物群落多样性方面比人工林丰富;天然林与人工林优势度指数差异显著(P<0.05),表明人工林土壤无脊椎动物类群数远少于天然林中的类群数。而天然林中土壤动物的多样性指数(H′)与人工林比较差异不显著(P>0.05),可能是由于样本中蜱螨目和弹尾目占绝对优势的个体数掩盖了其他类群的重要信息,使得多样性指数(H′)不能很好地反映土壤动物的多样性情况。

【Abstract】 Diversity in soil invertebrate assemblages in the natural and plantation forests was investigated in the Nankunshan Nature Reserve of Guangdong in November 2001 and May 2002.26389 individuals of the soil invertebrates,which belong to 82 families,24 orders,6 classes,and 2 phyla,were collected from 24 plots(each plot with 100 m~2) in the natural and plantation forests.82 families and 19844 individuals of soil invertebrates were collected from the natural forests while only 59 families and 6545 individuals from the plantation forests.Acarina and Collembola(mainly Isotomidae,Entomobryidae,Neanuridae,and Onychiuridae) dominated in soil invertebrates in the both natural forests and plantation forests,accounting for 44.87%and 35.85%of total collected individuals in the natural forests and 36.63%and 44.09%in the plantation forests,respectively.Density-Group index(DG index),GiniDominant index(D) and Shannon-Wiener Diversity index(H′) were used to compare the diversity of soil invertebrate assemblages in the natural and plantation forests.The results showed that the diversity of the soil invertebrate assemblages in the natural forests was much higher than that in the plantation forests(P<0.05) based on DG index and Dominant index(D).However,the variation in Shannon-Wiener Diversity index (H′) of the soil invertebrate assemblages between the natural forests and plantation forests was not significant(P>0.05).Shannon-Wiener Diversity index(H′) could not exactly reflect the diversity of the soil invertebrate assemblages in our study probably because the individuals of Acarina and Collembola predominated in the samples and covered up the information of other soil invertebrates.
