杭州石荠苎种群土壤种子库通量及动态
ANALYSIS ON FLUX AND DYNAMIC OF SOIL SEED BANK OF MOSLA HANGCHOWENSIS

【摘要】 本文对杭州石荠苎土壤种子库通量及动态进行了研究。结果表明:(1)随着时间的推移,土壤种子库在不断地输出,至生长季末期,种子库存率渐近于25%;新出生的种子,经过一个生长季后,其中,17%转化成幼苗;因真菌等原因而腐烂衰老死亡的为7.99%;因动物捕食、雨水冲淋等原因而缺失的占41.98%;仍具有生活力的为33%。(2)在不同生境下,萌发率的高低顺序为林缘>林下>开阔地,腐烂率为林下>林缘>开阔地,休眠百分数为开阔地>林下>林缘。开阔地生境不利于种子的萌发,但适于种子的保存和休眠。开阔地生境具有一个持续的种子库。
【Abstract】 The flux and dynamic of soil seed bank of Mosla hangchowensis was studied in this paper. Results showed: (1) the soil seed bank reduced with time and was close to 25% in the final phase of growth period. 17% of the newly born seeds was germinated into seedlings, 33% was still vigorous, 7. 99% rotted due to bacterium and high humidity, 41. 98% lost because of being preyed by animals and being washed away by rain water. (2) The germinating percentage of seed decreased in the sequence of by forest, under forest, open land in turn. The rotten percentage of seed was under forest, by forest, open land. The dorminant percentage of seed decreased in the sequence of open land, under forest, by forest. So open land was not good for seed germination, nevertheless to seed preserve and dormancy.
