THE EVALUATION ON THE NUTRITION VALUE OF PROTEIN IN EX SITU GIANT PANDA’S DIET

【摘要】 研究中选用了两种饲粮,一种是福州大熊猫研究中心所使用的常规饲粮,另一种是新配制的饲粮.对两种饲粮用几何法取样,并进行定量分析,然后将分析结果同全鸡蛋氨基酸含量进行比较.我们对饲粮中主要营养物质必需氨基酸的含量及其比例进行了评价,并计算出了两种饲粮限制性氨基酸的强化添加量.评价结果表明,两种饲粮的必需氨基酸含量均不平衡.常规饲粮的第一、第二限制氨基酸分别为蛋氨酸和缬氨酸,其强化添加量分别为19.88mg/1gpr、34.85mg/1gpr;新配饲粮第一、第二限制性氨基酸为缬氨酸和蛋氨酸,其添加量分别为32.45mg/1gpr和6.67mg/1gpr.本研究结果对人工饲养大熊猫合理配制全价日粮,提高大熊猫日粮蛋白质消化率,提高饲料报酬,促进大熊猫正常生长发育,正常形成雌、雄性配子(精、卵细胞),提高繁殖水平均具有一定参考意义.
【Abstract】 The giant panda(Ailuropoda melanleuca) diets evaluated by our research was sampled from Fuzhou giant panda research Center,We selected two kinds of diet of which one is the conventional diet used by Fuzhou giant panda resesrch center,and the other was niewly compounded.The method of geometric sampling was used in both of these kinds and quantiative analysis was adopted.Then the analysis results were compared with the amino acids in eggs which are complete and we have evaluated the content and ratiOn of necessary amino acids which are main nutritive materials in the diet and have caculated the strengthening adding value of restricted aminoacids in two kinds of diet.The eventual result shows that the contents of necessary amino acids in two kinds of diet do not keep balance,the first and second restricted anino acids in conventional diet are Methionint and Valine and their strengthening adding amount is 19,88mm/lgpr and 34,85mg/lgpr respectively.Besides this,the first and second restricted amino acids in new diet are Valine and Methioniont and their strengthening adding amount is 32.45mg/lgpr and 6.67mg/lgpr respectively.The research results have consulting significance on comlete diet compounding of giant panda under manpower feeding on improving the digestive rate of proteins in its diets,increasing the feedstuff reward,promoting its normal growth forming of its spermatozoa and ova,and advancing its breeding level.
