定向凝固技术及其在新材料制备中的应用

【摘要】 定向凝固技术可使凝固组织按一定方向排列,获得定向甚至单晶组织结构,大大改善材料的力学性能,并使物理性能变化。本文阐述了定向凝固技术的基本原理及发展过程,并重点介绍了定向凝固技术在新材料制备及研究中的应用;在此基础上,对定向凝固技术的应用提出了一些建议,以期为新材料研发起到促进作用。
【Abstract】 Unidirectional solidification technology enables the solidification organization to put in order along a specific direction, namely as the directional or single crystal organizational structure, which can improve mechanical properties and change physical properties of materials. A comprehensive literature survey has been carried out on the basic concepts and development process in unidirectional solidification technology, the application of unidirectional solidification technology on preparation of new materials has been mainly discussed, and some advice is put forward, in order to promote development for the new materials research.
