【Abstract】 With the speeding-up development of Digital Library(DL),the problem of interoperability emerges.One of the most essential reasons lies in the absence of a protocol,which is able to promote a uniform,highly efficient and interoperable framework.Based on our project on Digital Library,this paper analyses an interoperable metadata service framework on the basis of newly settled OAI protocol whose goal is to supply such a framework as we are after.We adopt not only the mature ORDBMS product-Oracle,but also the popular and promising techniques,such as XML,XSL,JSP,JDBC and DOM.All of our work puts forward the attempt for similar future work.更多还原
