【Abstract】 The On-line payment of electro-expenses is the developing aspect of electronic commence applied in electric power systems.Based on SET protocol,the article combines administrative system of electricity consuming with electronic commence effectively,defines such as secure agent,safe gate way, electronic counter and electronic burse for on-line payment system,and completes the enrollments of electro-consumers and power supply corporations,on-line payment and settlement of electro-expenses as well as realizes safe fair electronic business.更多还原
