支架技术在椎基底动脉夹层动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨支架技术在治疗椎基底动脉夹层动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法7例采用支架辅助技术治疗的椎基底动脉夹层动脉瘤,其中单纯支架置入术1例,支架辅助弹簧圈技术6例。结果7例患者全部临床治愈,无重大并发症。经3～24个月的造影随访,均无动脉瘤复发和动脉狭窄。结论支架结合弹簧圈治疗椎基底动脉夹层动脉瘤具有微创、安全、效果可靠的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of stenting in vertebra-basilar artery dissecting aneurysm.Methods we report a retrospective analysis of 7 vertebrobasilarartery dissecting aneurysm(VBADAs) underwent endovascular therapy,1 with stent implantation technique and 6 with stent assisted coiling technique.Results All patients were cured and without serious complication.After 3 months to 24 months follow-up angiography in 7 patients revealed no aneurysm regrowth and no incident of in-stent stenosis.Conclusion Embolization of VBADA with coil assisted stenting is minimally invasive,safe,effective and reliable.更多还原
