黑色金属垂直挤压工艺效率及节能措施分析

【摘要】 重型装备是服务于国民经济的重要技术装备,也是能量消耗的大户。目前我国已有多台重型垂直挤压机、模锻压机和自由锻压机已经投产或在建造中,应用于挤压、模锻和自由锻等金属材料成形工艺,尤其是国内360MN/150MN垂直挤压机组的建造使我国黑色金属的热挤压技术得到了跨越式的发展。本论文分析了材料垂直挤压塑性成形过程所消耗的功率与效率,并针对黑色金属的垂直挤压工艺提出了相应的节能降耗措施,对我国节能减排的技术发展具有现实意义。
【Abstract】 Heavy equipments play an important role in national economy,at the same time consume large amounts of power.At present,several heavy vertical extrusion presses,die forging presses,free forging presses have been put into use or being manufactured.Especially the 360MN/150MN vertical extrusion presses recently manufactured will greatly promote the ferrous metals extrusion technology.This paper discussed the power consumed by materials plastic deformation processes and its efficiency.In addition, energy-saving methods are put forward against the ferrous metals vertical extrusion process which is practically meaningful to the energy-saving and emission-reducing policy.
