针刺从痰论治对卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠单胺递质变化的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨卒中后抑郁动物模型脑内单胺神经递质5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺及及多巴胺的变化,研究针刺从痰论治对卒中后抑郁的干预机理。方法:采用荧光分光光度法检测大鼠额叶皮质五-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)含量的变化,及从痰论治针刺选穴对预处理组治疗组的干预作用。结果:模型组大鼠皮层5-HT、NE、DA较正常组显著降低,针刺治疗组及针刺预防组皮层5-HT、NE、DA较正常组明显增加。结论:模型组大鼠皮层5-HT、NE、DA表达下降从痰立论选穴可以通过增强5-HT、NE、DA表达的功能,对卒中后抑郁起到预防和治疗的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore the depression level changes of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),Norepinephrine(NE),and dopamine(DA) in the brain of the rats with post-stroke depression(PSD);to study the intervention mechanisms for the PSD with acupuncture based on the theory of"Tan"(phlegm) in the Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:This study applied the fluorospectrophotometry in order to test the level changes of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT),Norepinephrine(NE),and dopamine(DA) in the frontal cortex of the rats, as well as to explore the intervention mechanisms in the acupuncture prevention group and the acupuncture treatment group.The acupuncture points were selected based on the theory of"Tan"(phlegm) in TCM.Results:The expression levels of 5-HT,NE and DA in the cortex in the rat model group were significantly lower than those in the acupuncture treatment group.The expression levels of 5-HT, NE and DA in the cortex in the acupuncture treatment group are significantly higher than those in the acupuncture prevention group.Conclusion:The expression levels of 5-HT,NE and DA were decreased in the rat’s cortex in the rat model group. The expression levels of 5-HT,NE and DA were increased by the acupuncture based on the theory of"Tan"(phlegm)in TCM.Therefore,the acupuncture based on the theory of"Tan"(phlegm)in TCM can prevent and treat the PSD.更多还原
