【摘要】 目的:测定全国8个省24个不同产地25个穿心莲样品及其中10个产地11个批次穿心莲不同部位中总内酯的含量。方法:用二硝基苯甲酸和KOH试液显色,比色法在540nm处测定穿心莲中总内酯的含量。结果:不同产地及不同批次穿心莲样品中总内酯的含量在0.49%～2.76%之间,有显著差异。叶在1.82%～3.68%之间,茎在0.44%～1.04%之间,药材在1.27%～2.76%之间,穿心莲不同部位总内酯的含量有显著差异。结论:该方法准确、可靠,为穿心莲的质量评价及质量控制提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the contents of total lactones in 25 Andrographis samples from 24 origins,provinces and 11 batches different parts among 10 origins.Methods:With 2-nitrobenzoic acid and KOH test solution as color developing reagents,colorimetry method was used to determine the content of total lactones in Andrographis paniculata at the wavelength of 540 nm.Results:The total lactones contents of Andrographis paniculata from different localities and batches were in the range of 0.49%～2.76%,There was significant difference.Leaves were in the range of 1.82%～3.68%, stems were in the range of 0.44%～1.04%,medicines were in the range of 1.27%～2.33%,the total lactone content had significant difference in different parts of Andrographis paniculata.Conclusion:This method is accurate and credibleand,it has provided the basis for the study of the quality assessment and control of Andrographis paniculata.更多还原
