竹节参质量评价方法研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨竹节参的质量研究方法。方法:采用性状、显微、TLC法对竹节参进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定竹节参皂苷Ⅳa的含量,色谱条件为:色谱柱,Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相,乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(35:65);检测波长,203nm;流速,1.0mL·min-1;柱温,30℃。结果:显微观察可见特定组织特征,在TLC能检出竹节参皂苷Ⅳa和人参皂苷Ro,竹节参皂苷Ⅳa HPLC色谱峰与其它色谱峰分离良好,进样量在1.0076~10.0760μg范围内,呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为103.46%,RSD=0.81%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便易行,可用于竹节参的质量评价。

【Abstract】 Objective:To research quality evaluation of Rhizoma Panacis Japonici.Method:To develop quality s tandards for it characters,such as checked the quality of characteristic identification,microscopic observation,used thi n-layer chromatography for qualitative identification of its active ingredients;used HPLC for the determination of c hikusetsusaponin IVa.The chromatographic conditions were Inertsil ODS-sp(4.6mm×150mm,5μm) column as anal ytic column,acetonitrile-0.2%H3PO4 water solution(35:65) as mobile phase,detection wavelength at 203nm;column temperature at 30℃,flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.Results:chikusetsusaponin IVa and ginsengnoside Ro was identified by TLC,the liner range of chikusetsusaponin IVa was 1.0076~10.0760μg,r = 0.9999,The average recovery was 103.46%,RSD=0.81%(n=6).Conclusion:The established method has been proven to be simple and can be applied for quality evaluation of Rhizoma Panacis Japonici.
