【摘要】 目的:观察抗纤益心方对扩张型心肌病大鼠心肌基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)表达的影响。方法:喂饲呋喃唑酮8周建立扩张型心肌病动物模型,随机分组后药物干预8周,检测心肌MMP-2及TIMP-2的表达。结果:与模型组比较:中西药联用组、中药大剂量组和卡托普利组均明显下调MMP-2表达(P均<0.05),上调TIMP-2蛋白表达(P均<0.05)。中药小剂量组也能够下调MMP-2表达(P<0.05),但TIMP-2蛋白表达与模型组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:抗纤益心方能够减轻扩张型心肌病大鼠心肌组织纤维化,其机制与下调MMP-2表达、上调TIMP-2表达有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To expound the mechanism of Kangxianyixin prescription on effect of expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in rats with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods:Wistar rats with Dilated Cardiomyopathy established by furazolidone were raised 8 weeks,then divided them into groups with random,treated Kangxianyixin prescription and captopril.to observe MMP-2 and TIMP-2 expression in cardiac tissues. Results:Compared with the model group:the high Kangxianyixin prescription dosage and the captopril group,the high Kangxianyixin prescription dosage group and captopril group,could dramatically lower MMP-2 expression(P<0.05) and increase TIMP-2 expression(P<0.05).The low Kangxianyixin prescription dosage group could also lower MMP-2 expression(P<0.05),but could not increase TIMP-2 expression(P>0.05) compared with the model group.Conclusion:Kangxianyixin Prescription can reduce the fibrosis in myocardium of DCM rats.The mechanism is associated with reducing MMP-2 and increase TIMP-2.更多还原
