【摘要】 目的分析浆细胞性乳腺炎的MRI表现特点,进一步提高对浆细胞性乳腺炎的影像诊断水平,探讨MRI的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析了经我院临床手术病理证实的53例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的MRI征象,分析其MR平扫和增强后形态学特点。结果浆细胞性乳腺炎的MRI表现主要分为炎症型、脓肿型、窦道或瘘管型及混合型。结论MRI能准确地发现并定位病灶,对临床诊断与治疗具有很大的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the characteristic of plasma cell mastitis then evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI for plasma cell mastitis.Methods:Radiographs of MRI for 53 cases with plasma cell mastitis in our hospital diagnosed by pathological examination were reviewed and analyse its radiographic characteristics in MRI scan and enhance scan.Results:The findings of MRI of plasma cell mastitis could be divided into four types,including the inflammation type, the abscess type,the sinus and fistula type.Conclusion:MRI is helpful for locating and finding focus and has great meaning for clinical diagnose and treatment.更多还原
