【摘要】 目的:通过前瞻性研究与单纯性FOLFOX4方案对照组比较,观察FOLFOX4方案联合得力生注射液治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:将123例中晚期胃癌住院患者随机分为单纯性FOLFOX4方案对照组和得力生加FOLFOX4方案实验组,分别给与相应治疗,观察两组近期临床疗效、生活质量、免疫指标、毒副作用等方面的不同。结果:FOLFOX4联合得力生注射液治疗晚期胃癌疗效确切,其血液学毒性反应、胃肠反应、神经毒性以及脱发等副作用均显著低于单纯性FOLFOX4方案对照组,患者的生活质量明显改善,治疗耐受能力增强。结论:FOLFOX4化疗方案联合得力生注射液治疗晚期胃癌,能够改善患者生活质量,降低化疗期间的毒副作用,提高免疫力,可使患者病情进展延缓,中位生存期延长。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:to explore the clinical efficacy of FOLFOX4 combined with Delisheng in the therapy of advanced gastic cancer.Methods:to overview 123 cases of gastric cancer patients who were cared in our department from January 2005 to May 2007.65 cases of them were in the therapy group which was treated by FOLFOX4 and Delisheng,while the control group consists 58 patients who were treated by FOLFOX4.Evaluate the difference of the two groups in recent efficacy,life quality,immunologic indexes and side effects.Results:In the therapy group,the toxic reaction of hematology,gastrointestinal reaction,neurotoxicity and defluvium are significantly lower than the control group,but the life quality and compliance of the therapy group are better than the control group.Conclusions:FOLFOX4 combined with Delisheng in the therapy of late advanced gastric cancer can notably improve life quality,degrade the side effects of chemotherapy,enhance the immunity of patients,and it can also postpone the advancement of cancer,so to prolong the life span of cacer patients.更多还原
