【摘要】 <正>Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of OTW balloon in percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for chronic total occlusion(CTO) lesions.Methods 32 patients accepted PCI between Jan.2005 and July 2008 were observed,24 males, 8 females,average age 67±11yrs with 40 CTO lesions.17 in LAD,10 in LCX and 13 in RCA.Inclusion criteria:the duration of occlusion>3 months and treatment of CTO with OTW balloon followed by changing to supersoft guide wire.Primary endpoints in-更多还原
