【Abstract】 The paper mainly discusses the cause of"supplier induced demand"phenomena in medical market and its economics principles.There exists prevailing information asymmetry in the healthcare market,and physician-induced demand becomes an intractable problem in controlling rapid increasing medical cost.The paper does an emperical study which shows that there is a positive association between physician density and utilization of medical services in China.更多还原
