【摘要】 目的评价1%伏蚁腙饵剂对小黄家蚁和德国小蠊的实验室及现场防治效果。方法分别对小黄家蚁和德国小蠊进行了实验室有选择毒力实验和现场防治实验,还在模拟现场比较了1%伏蚁腙饵剂和1%毒死蜱胶饵对德国小蠊的防治效果。结果 1%伏蚁腙饵剂对小黄家蚁和德国小蠊有选择毒力实验的半数致死时间分别为2.43 d和4.38 d,在模拟现场1%毒死蜱胶饵毒杀德国小蠊的速度显著快于1%伏蚁腙饵剂。现场实验中,1%伏蚁腙饵剂14 d对小黄家蚁灭效为99.3%,对德国小蠊4周灭效为93.8%。结论 1%伏蚁腙饵剂可以作为一种多用途室内杀爬虫剂应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The insecticidal activity of an ant and cockroach bait containing 1%hydramethylnon was evaluated in laboratory and field trials.Methods The toxicity of hydramethylnon bait to Monomorium pharaonis (L.) and Blattella germanica(L.) was evaluated in two choice tests and field tests.The insecticidal efficacy of the 1%hydramethylnon bait and a gel bait containing 1%chlorpyrifos were compared in simulated areas.Results The half lethal times of Pharaoh ant and German cockroach were 2.43 d and 4.38 d respectively in two choices tests using the 1%hydramethylnon bait.1%chlorpyrifos gel bait controlled the population of German cockroach more rapidly than 1%hydramethylnon bait in simulated arenas.In field trials,1%hydramethylnon bait reduced the Pharaoh ant population by 99.3%within 14 d in apartments and also reduced the German cockroach population by 93.8% with 4 weeks in a school building.Conclusion The 1%hydramethylnon bait could be used as a multi-target bait to control Pharaoh ant and German cockroach in urban areas.更多还原
