【摘要】 目的了解蒙城县艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作开展情况,做好艾滋病预防与控制工作。方法对2007-2008年全县6个VCT点目标人群的咨询个案登记表及相关资料进行分析。结果求询者男女比例为1:1.6,年龄以20～岁的青壮年为主(80.84%),婚姻状况以已婚为主(61.01%),求询者类型以非婚异性性接触为主(54.54%),转介服务率仅33.8%,HIV抗体阳性率为1.20%。结论应根据蒙城县艾滋病自愿咨询检测人员具体情况,加强艾滋病预防控制工作,及时发现艾滋病病毒感染者和病人,制定本地的艾滋病防治措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of VCT service in Mengcheng County,to make the prevention and control of AIDS better.Methods The data of clients receiving VCT services in the six VCT sites of Mengcheng County from 2007 to 2008 were statistically analyzed.Results Among consultants, male to female was 1:1.6,the main population consist of young and middle adults aged 20～39 (80.84%) and the main marital status was married(61.01%).The main type of the consultants was"sexual practice between male and female"(54.54%).The proportion of referral services was only 33. 8%and the infection rate of HIV was 1.20%.Conclusions It needs to strengthen the prevention and control of AIDS according to the status of VCT service and make the suitable prevention and cure measures.更多还原
