【摘要】 目的:评价针刺治疗单纯性肥胖的有效性。方法:按照循证医学的要求,以针刺、体针、电针、三棱针、单纯性肥胖等为主题词,检索了1997年至今中文期刊全文数据库、中国科技文献数据库、万方数据医药信息系统,纳入针刺治疗单纯性肥胖与西药比较的随机对照试验,根据Jadad评分标准评价纳入研究的质量。两名作者独立提取资料、评价质量及结局。用Meta分析方法对资料进行评价。结果:共纳入8篇针刺与西药比较治疗共计958例单纯性肥胖患者的随机对照实验。Meta分析结果表明:x2=2.14,P=0.71,采用固定效应模型进行统计分析,合并后OR=1.69,95%可信区间为(1.1 3-2.53),菱形位于中间线的右侧,经Z检验,Z=2.5 3,P=0.01,试验组和对照组疗效比较差异有显著性意义,即针刺治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效优于西药,具有安全性,但由于试验的质量偏低,现有的证据还不足以得出完全肯定的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and satety of acupuncture for treatment of simple obesity.Methods Randomized controlled trials of acupuncture for interfering simple obesity in recent years were reviewed and Meta-analysis was made for the literature result.Methodological quality of trials was assessed according to"Jadad".Two authors collected data independently and evaluated quality and results.The data were quantified by Meta-analysis.Results Altogether 8 papers(958patients) of clinical study were enrolled. The methodological quality was generally low.Heterogeneous tests were conducted for the results of the 8 studies,as a result,x2=2.14,P=0.71.The fixed effect model was used for statistical analysis,after combination OR=1.69,confidence interval of 95%was(1.13-2.53).The rhombus was located at the right side of the medium line.After Z test,Z=2.53,P=0.01,the therapeutic effect and the cured rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture on simple obesity is superior to that of western medicine with safety.But the evidence is insufficient to come to the affirmative conclusion due to the low methodological quality of the included trial.更多还原
