中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮的疗效观察

【摘要】 【目的】观察中西医结合治疗SLE的临床疗效.【方法】80例SLE患者随机分为中西结合组(48)和西药组(32例),西药组以激素、免疫抑制剂为主,中西结合组在激素、免疫抑制剂基础上结合中医清热解毒、活血祛瘀中药治疗。两组均连续治疗观察6个月。主要观察实验室指标变化。【结果】治疗6个月后,中西结合组白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白、尿蛋白、血尿、肝功能、肾功能、补体C3等实脸室指标方面均显著优于西药组(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To observe traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical efficacy SLE.【Methods】80 cases of SLE were randomly divided into combined group of Chinese and Western(48 cases) and western medicine group(32 cases),western medicine group to hormones and the immunosuppressive agents,Group of Chinese and Western combined hormones, immunosuppressive agents based on the combination of Qingre Jiedu and Huoxue Quyu Chinese medicine.For the treatment of the two groups were observed for 6 months.The main indicators to observe changes in the laboratory.【Results】treatment 6 months later,the Chinese and Western combined group of white blood cells,platelets,hemoglobin,urine protein, hematuria,liver function,kidney function,such as complement C3 is room faces indicators were significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).更多还原
