内窥镜结合激光消融对侧隐窝狭窄型椎间盘突出症的手术疗效

【摘要】 目的观察显微内窥镜结合激光消融(percutaneous endoscopiclaser-assi sted discectomy,PELD)对侧隐窝狭窄型椎间盘突出症的治疗情况。方法回顾分析自2005年4月至2007年5月应用显微内窥镜结合激光对侧隐窝狭窄型椎间盘突出症37例患者的治疗情况,其中男26例,女11例。结果显微内窥镜结合激光消融治疗恻隐窝狭窄型椎间盘突出症平均手术时间为70分钟,平均术中失血量为65.5ml。所有病例得到平均12.5个月的随访,根据Nakai等人评定标准,优良率为94.4%。手术未导致任何患者死亡和严重不良并发症。结论显微内窥镜结合激光消融可以对突出的椎间盘进行有效的减压处理并同时对恻隐窝狭窄进行减压,扩大了单纯内窥镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术适应症,是脊柱微创手术的的-种理想治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical results of herniated lumbar disc and spinal stenosis treated by the percutaneous endoscopic laser-assisted discectomy (PELD).Methods:37 patients(26 male and 11 female) with herniated lumbar disc and spinal stenosis were treated by PELD.Results:The mean operation time was 70min and the average intra-operative blood loss was 65.5ml.All cases were followed up for 12.5 months.According to Nakai’ s opinion,94.4%excellent and good results was the outcome been measured with no postoperative mortalities occurred.Conclusion:The PELD can effectively decompress herniated lumbar discs and spinal stenosis.It’ s an ideal methods of minimally invasive spinal technique.更多还原
