温热理疗床治疗前列腺炎的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探索温热理疗床治疗前列腺炎的效果。方法前列腺炎患者36例,经多功能温热理疗床治疗50天,以尿路刺激症状、会阴部不适症状的改善以及前列腺液中白细胞和卵磷脂酶的变化作为判断疗效的标准。结果完成全部疗程治疗的30例,占83%;脱落和中止6例,占17%;疗效指数≥70%的有8例,显效率为26.7%;30%≤疗效指数<70%的病例有16例,有效率为53.3%;疗效指数<30%的病例有6例,无效率为20.0%;总有效率为80.0%。结论多功能温热理疗床是治疗前列腺炎的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm-bed multi-function physical therapy on prostatitis.Methods Altogether 36 patients with prostatitis which are treated by multi-functional warm-bed treatment of physical therapy for 50 days.The efficacy standard is juded by improvement of urinary tract infection and perineal regional unwell as well as variation of leucocyte and lecithinase in prostatic fluid.Results 30 cases have completed the full course of treatment,which is accounting for 83%;6 cases were off or suspension,which is accounting for 17%;There are 8 cases that the efficacy index of which is equal to or greater than 70%,the markedly effective rate is 26.7%;There are 16 cases that the efficacy index of which is equal to or greater than 30%and smaller than 70%,the effective rate is 53.3%.There are 6 cases that the efficacy index of which is smaller than 30%,the inefficiency is 20.0%;the total effective rate was 80.0%.Conclusion The effects of Warm-bed multi-function physical therapy treatment on prostatitis is obvious,it is worth to be promoted.更多还原
