【Abstract】 Food is the most basic material base of human survival and development.Food safety is closely related with people’s daily life,and it is not only related to people’s health and life safety,also directly affects the development of social economy.Food cold-chain system has important significance for food safety:it can provide the cryogenic environment and guarantee food quality with special requirements of temperature.The factor analysis of food cold-chain system,can provide a good foundation for for the research of food cold-chain system,and finally realizes the perfect of food cold-chain system and the auarantee of food safety.更多还原
