100Hz级脉冲管制冷机实验研究

【摘要】 直线压缩机驱动的高频脉冲管制冷机具有效率高、结构紧凑等优点。根据压缩机参数,通过直线热声计算程序优化出制冷机结构参数,并使其谐振频率在100Hz以上。实验结果表明,在110Hz,90W输入功率下,80K制冷量为2.0W,最低冷头温度50.2K。文中介绍并分析了压力、惯性管对制冷机性能及压缩机效率的影响。
【Abstract】 High frequency Pulse Tube Cryocoolers have the advantages of high efficiency,compact system and long life.Based on linear thermoacoustic theory,the Pulse Tube cooler was designed to match with linear compressor and the resonance frequency arrived around 100Hz.A no-load temperature of 50.8K and cooling power of 2.0W at 80K were achieved with an input electrical power of 90W and a frequency of 110Hz.The influence of mean pressure,length of inertance tube and input electrical power are described and analyzed in this paper.
