双相变换热器气液均匀分配典型结构的研究新进展
The new progress in researches on typical gas-liquid uniform distribution structure of cryogenic plate-fin heat exchangers with double phase-changing

【摘要】 介绍了低温两相流板翅式双相变换热器的结构和特点,回顾了板翅式换热器两相流入口分配结构对其气液分配特性的影响,指出了传统的"先混合、后分配"方法的缺陷,基于单相流体易于均匀分配的物理特性,提出了"先分配、后混合"的新方法和新结构。应用该新方法和新结构于国产化的乙烯装置冷箱后,其冷端传热温差降低到仅为3℃。应用该新技术所生产的宝钢等大型制氧装置中的新型高效冷凝蒸发器,其传热系数达到了925.1W/(m~2.K),比国际上最先进的指标提高了48.97%,产品性能优于国内外同类产品。
【Abstract】 The special configuration of the cryogenic plate-fin heat exchangers with double phase changes were introduced.The researches for investigating the influence of the Inlet structure of the heat exchanger for two- phase flow on vapor-liquid maldistribution were reviewed.The disadvantage of the traditional vapor-liquid distribution method was pointed out.Because the single-phase fluid was easier distributed uniformly,the new method and the new structure in which the distribution is earlier than the mixing were proposed. By applying the new method and the new structure to the cold box of large ethylene plant,the heat transfer temperature difference in cold end of the heat exchanger was reduced to 3℃.The large condenser evaporator in oxygen plant in Baoshan Iron-Steel Company was also manufactured by using the new method.Its heat transfer coefficient obtained 925.1 W/(m~2.K) which was increased by 48.97% compared with the most advanced level in the world.The performance of the products was superior to the products home and abroad
