基于电涡流阻尼器的圆盘振动控制实验系统设计

【摘要】 电涡流阻尼器具有非接触、阻尼可控等优点,在振动控制领域中有着广泛的应用前景。本文将一种新型横向电涡流阻尼器用于旋转圆盘的振动抑制,设计了圆盘振动主动控制实验系统,主要由旋转圆盘、电机及其驱动模块、电涡流阻尼器模块以及计算机测控系统等组成,并对各模块进行了设计或选型,给出了相关参数。实验表明该系统运行正常,结果显示圆盘横向振动得到了抑制,为电涡流阻尼器的实际应用奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The eddy current damper has widespread application prospect in vibration control field which has advantages of non-contact and damping control etc.A novel lateral eddy current damper is presented to restrain vibration of rotating disk.The active vibration control system of disk is designed,which mainly consists of the rotating disk,motor and drive module,eddy current damper module and computer control system etc.The sub-module is developed or selected,the relevant parameters is determined.The experiments show that the system runs normally and the disk lateral vibration can be suppressed.This paper lay a theoretical foundation for practical application of eddy current damper.
