印刷工艺对覆膜质量的影响研究

【摘要】 覆膜加工虽然属于印后表面整饰的技术,但其性能和印刷工艺有着密切的联系,本文主要通过预涂膜与印刷品之间的覆合强度作为考察覆膜质量的指标,覆合强度的测量参照GB-T2790-1995标准进行测量本文利用IGT印刷适性仪,改变样条的印刷条件,获取印刷样条,再利用FMD-650型预涂膜覆膜对样条进行覆膜,最后利用Tinius Olsen材料拉力仪测试出覆膜样条的覆合强度。研究结果表明墨层厚度、印刷压力和印刷速度变化对预涂膜材料覆膜质量有不同的影响。
【Abstract】 Though the laminating process is classified as the surface finishing technology after printing,its performance is closely related to the printing process.This paper investigated laminating strength between laminating film and the presswork,by which the laminating quality was evaluated.The strength was measured according to GB-T2790-1995 standard.Using IGT printability device,the strip printing samples were obtained under different printing conditions,then they are coated with laminating film using FMD-650-type thermal lamination,and finally the laminating strength were tested using Tinius Olsen tensile tester.The results show that the quality of the laminating film was affected by ink film thickness,the printing pressure and printing speed.
