PE膜表面处理与印刷质量关系的研究
Research Between the PE Film Surface Handle Technology and Printing Quality

【摘要】 本文分析了薄膜表面处理技术的种类,分别采用电晕处理和药剂处理方法对PE膜进行表面处理,对表面处理薄膜和未表面处理薄膜采用不同油墨进行印刷,通过对印刷效果的检测,得到了表面处理技术与油墨附着强度之间的关系,以及PE薄膜表面处理效果不同时对油墨性能的要求。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the categories of surface finish technologies on film,carries out surface treatment on PE film throug using the methods of corona treatment and medicament treatment respectively,then prints on treated-film and untreated-film with different inks.At last,gets the relations of surface finish technologies and adhesive strength of ink,as well as the request of ink receptivity when the results of surface treatment on PE film is different through testing the printing effect.
