【摘要】 本文设计了一种皮试电极自动组装的装置,将底座和外圈分别放入振动供料器,经依序定向排列输送到预装配位置;中间有通孔的冲头与固定凹模板相互作用,完成电极布的冲裁;冲头继续垂直下移到底座的上表面,实现对电极布的定位;冲杆下行将外圈从冲头的通孔中挤出,并与底座组装套合在一起,电极布被外圈和底座紧箍和固定形成皮试电极成品。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper puts forward a device used for Assembling the Skin Test Electrode automatically. Put the bases of the electrode and out rings into the vibratory feeder,finally they are kept in a regulation order and put into the pre-assembling position,the punch that there is a through hole around the axle works with the fixed die cooperatively,it punches the cloth tissues of the electrode into shapes.The punch moves down continuously to the surface of the base floor,it fixes the position of the cloth tissues. Then the punch pin moves down,it presses the out-ring moves out from the hole inside the punch,and mounts the out-ring with the base,which makes the assembling of the skin test electrode complete.更多还原
