AS/PVA生物降解包装塑料的流动行为

【摘要】 采用熔体流动速率测试仪测试了AS/PVA生物降解包装塑料的熔体流动速率(MFR),讨论了增塑剂和聚乙烯醇等对AS/PVA生物降解包装塑料流动性的影响。结果表明增塑剂和聚乙烯醇的加入均使生物降解塑料的熔体流动速率增大。比如加入增塑剂20—40份,可使熔体流动速率由1.1 g/10min增大到6.6g/10min,加入聚乙烯醇4份—20份,可使熔体流动速率由1.4g/10min增大到2.5g/10min。流动性提高,改善了成型加工性能。
【Abstract】 The molt flow rate(MFR) of the AS/PVA biodegradation packaging plastics ware tested by using of the molt flow rate analyser.The effects of plasticizer,PVA on the flow properties of the AS/PVA biodegradation packaging plastics were discussted.The results shows that MFR of AS/PVA biodegradation packaging plastics increases with increases of the content of the plasticizer and PVA.For example,MFR of the AS/PVA biodegradation packaging plastics increases from 1.1g/10min to 6.6g/10min at content of plasticizer is at 20 to 40 portion;MFR of the AS/PVA biodegradation packaging plastics increases from 1.4g/10min to 2.5g/10min at content of PVA is at 4 to 20 portion.
