【摘要】 本文基于城乡统筹发展的理论,分析了我国目前城乡用地存在的问题,以广西壮族自治区都安瑶族自治县为例,结合新一轮土地利用总体规划及二调数据,深入分析了该研究区城乡用地的历史变化情况、变化趋势及存在问题,并提出优化城乡用地的办法和建议,为新一轮土地利用总体规划研究区的城乡用地优化配置提供借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the planning of the urban and rural coordinative development,current problems in urban and rural land were analyzed in this paper.Taking Du’an Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example,combination of new general planning of land use and the second survey data,changes,trends and problems of urban and rural land use of the area were analyzed.And the paper proposed ways and suggestions to optimize the use of urban and rural land,providing reference for optimal allocation of urban and rural land in a new round of overall land use planning.更多还原
