Genetic linkage map of kenaf(Hibiscus cannabinus L.) based on SRAP,ISSR and RAPD markers

【摘要】 <正>(Hibiscus cannabinus L.) is one of the most economically important crops for soft fiber production.The objective of this project was to build the first genetic linkage map of kenaf.Selection of the mapping population was based on a preliminary genetic similarity analysis and phenotypic character analysis of six potential parents.Ga42 and Alain kenaf,two cultivated types,showed a lower similarity coefficient of 0.835 and were selected to form 180 individual F2 plants.The 208 loci was used to construct the genetic linkage map with MAPMAKER/ EXP3.0,and 134 loci consists of 65 sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP),56 Inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR),and 13 randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) loci were mapped at a LOD=5 3.0.The map spans 2108.9 cM and contains 20 linkage groups with an average marker density of 15.7 cM per marker.Markers on most linkage groups are randomly distributed in this map.
