【Abstract】 The motion law of the revoluting cylndrical with eccentricity is analysed,and we mainly introduce that how to design the barcode、the circuit of phase comparator and the program of MSP430.we build a system of mearsuring the position deviation of revoluting cylindrical surface by means of photoelectric detection.The experiment indicates that the measurement precision has reached the system requirement.更多还原
