【摘要】 为了解卵母细胞体外成熟与凋亡过程,进而提高卵母细胞体外成熟率,本试验研究了不同成熟时间水牛卵母细胞体外核、质成熟与凋亡的情况。结果表明:培养24小时,卵母细胞核、质成熟率分别达到61.4%和59.8%,与其他各组对比差异显著,凋亡率也呈增加趋势,但差异不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study buffalo oocytes maturation and apoptosis in vitro,and increase rate of oocytes maturation,the maturation and apoptosis of buffalo oocytes during IVM on different time were investigated in this study.The results showed the rate of nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation of buffalo oocytes was 61.4%and 59.8%after IVM of 24 h,which was significantly than other groups.The apoptosis rate of oocytes increased as the maturation of oocytes progressed,but it was not significantly different.更多还原
