【摘要】 本文应用石蜡切片及HE染色技术对体细胞克降水牛的肺脏及脾脏形态进行了详细的观察。结果表明:体细胞克隆水牛的肺脏结构不清楚,细支气管管壁内的皱壁消失,肺泡相互挤压在一起,肺内含有大量胶原纤维和弹性纤维;脾脏白髓的脾小结结构不清晰,淋巴组织以弥散性为主,脾窦内填充有大量粘液,血液含量少,整体染色偏蓝,表明淋巴组织没有得到正常发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lung and spleen of somatic nuclear transfer buffalo was observed by optical microscopy and HE staining techniques in this paper.The results show,the structure of somatic cloned buffalo lung is faintly,the wrinkle of the bronchiole is disappeared.The alveolar extruded each other with containing collagen and elastic fibers.The structure of the splenic corpuscles of the white pulp is unclear,and the lymph tissue is almost dispersive.Much mucus and little blood could be seen in splenic sinus,and the whole staining is blue.It is indicated that the lymph tissue did not develop well.更多还原
