高铜对雏鸡脑组织抗氧化酶活性的影响研究

【摘要】 本文旨在研究高铜对雏鸡脑组织抗氧化酶活性的影响.1日龄艾维茵肉鸡健雏360羽,随机分为6组,分别喂以对照日粮(10.89mg/kg)和高铜日粮(Cu 100 mg/kg,高铜Ⅰ组;Cu 200 mg/kg,高铜Ⅱ组;Cu 400 mg/kg,高铜Ⅲ组;Cu 600 mg/kg,高铜Ⅳ组;Cu 800 mg/kg,高铜Ⅴ组)6w.脑组织CHE和CAT活性随日粮铜含量的升高而降低,高铜Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01);脑组织MAO活性随日粮铜含量的升高而升高,高铜Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组与对照组比较差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);脑组织Cu-Zn-SOD和GSH-Px活性,高铜Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著或极显著高于对照组(p<0.05或P<0.01),高铜Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组极显著降低(P<0.01).日粮铜水平在400mg/kg以上时,脑组织的抗氧化酶活性降低,脑组织的抗氧化功能下降.
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted with the objective of examining the effect of dietary high copper on the antioxidase activities of brain tissue in chickens.360 one-day-old Avian chickens were randomly divided into six groups and fed on diets as follows:controls(Cu 10.89 mg/kg)and high copper(Cu 100 mg/kg,high copper groupⅠ;Cu 200 mg/kg,high copper groupⅡ;Cu 400 mg/kg,high copper groupⅢ;Cu 600 mg/kg,high copper groupⅣ;Cu 800 mg/kg,high copper groupⅤ)for six weeks.The cholinesterase and catalase activities of the brain tissue in high copper groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳand V were significantly depressed(p<0.01)and the monoamine oxidase(MAO)activity of the brain tissue in high copper groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwere significantly increased(p<0.01)compared with those of control group.The brain tissue cuprozinc-superoxide dismutase (Cu-Zn-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities were lower high copper groupsⅢ,ⅣandⅤthan in control group(p<0.01).The results showed that dietary high copper in excess of 400mg/kg depressed the brain tissue the antioxidase activities.The brain tissue antioxygen function was finally decreased.
