奶牛酒精阳性乳发病机理的研究进展

【摘要】 酒精阳性乳症是危害我国奶牛养殖业的一种营养代谢病,但迄今为止,其病因和发生机理仍不清楚.目前没有特效方法防治酒精阳性乳的发生.文中主要介绍了低酸度酒精阳性乳的发病机理.为研究酒精阳性乳症患牛的乳汁不稳定原因及其产生机制提供理论参考.
【Abstract】 Alcohol positive milk(APM)is a nutritional and metabolic diseases that endanger the Chinese dairy cattle industry.But so far,the disease etiology and pathogenesis remains unclear.There is no special good way to prevent the alcohol-test positive milk from taking place now.This subject introduces pathogenesis mechanism of low acidity alcohol-test positive milk.This will provide the theoretical reference for the causes of instability of the cow suffering from APM and the mechanism of APM.
