“乳源康”对奶牛乳房炎病原菌的作用效果研究

【摘要】 采用本课题组研发的中草药注射剂"乳源康"对36头患临床型乳房炎的奶牛进行治疗,并采集治疗前后的乳样进行病原菌的分离和鉴定,研究了病原菌的消长情况.结果表明,"乳源康"对乳房炎常见病原菌有良好的削减作用,病原菌转阴率为71.74%.
【Abstract】 In this paper 36 cows with clinical mastitis were treated with the Chinese herb injection"Ru Yuan Kang"which was developed by our group.Milk samples of pre and post treatment of"Ru Yuan Kang"were collected for isolation and characterization of pathogenic bacteria.The dynamic changes of pathogenic bacteria were investigated as well.Our results indicated that"Ru Yuan Kang"could inhibit effectively the common pathogenic bacteria of mastitis which result in the negative rate of pathogenic bacteria was 71.74%.
