【摘要】 目的:研究类猪圆环病毒2型因子P1体内诱导的细胞凋亡作用。方法:将P1分子克隆接种普通仔猪,用原位末端标记技术(TUNEL)检测猪的扁桃体、脾脏、腹股沟淋巴结等免疫器官细胞的凋亡情况。结果:猪感染P1后21天和35天的扁桃体、脾脏和腹股沟淋巴结等免疫器官细胞出现了凋亡。结论:P1可能引起猪的免疫抑制。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The research is to study the apoptosis of pigs induced by porcine circovirus type 2 - like agent P1.[Method]The apoptosis was detected by TUNEL assay in immune organ samples(tonsil,spleen,superficial inguinal lymph node) of pigs infected by P1 molecular clone.[Result]The results showed that the apoptosis- specific signal was detected in immune organ samples(tonsil,spleen,superficial inguinal lymph node) at 21d and 35 d after P1 infection.[Conclusion]The result suggests that P1 appears to be related to immunosuppression resulted in apoptosis of lymphocyte.更多还原
