高能低蛋白日粮饲养蛋鸡肝脏脂肪沉积及其组织病理学研究
Researches on Fat Accumulation and Histopathology of Liver from Laying Hens Fed with High-Energy-low-Protein Diet

【摘要】 将72只300日龄的蛋鸡随机分成实验组和对照组,每组36只,分别采用高能低蛋白日粮和正常日粮进行饲养实验,实验期60天,于实验第1、30、60天随机选取实验组和对照组鸡各12只,采样检测分析高能低蛋白日粮对蛋鸡肝脏脂肪沉积及其病理组织学的影响。结果,实验组第30天和第60天时,蛋鸡肝湿重、肝脏脂肪含量和肝脂率均要显著或极显著高于相应的对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组内各指标差异均不显著(P>0.05);在整个实验期内,对照组蛋鸡肝脏的外形与结构正常;实验组蛋鸡肝脏除第一次采样外均出现不同程度肿胀、出血、呈土黄色,光镜下可见肝组织结构模糊、细胞肿胀、脂肪变性,胞浆内可见数量不等、大小不一的脂肪空泡等明显的肝组织损伤。说明,此高能低蛋白配合日粮可不同程度地影响蛋鸡肝组织的脂肪代谢,导致脂类物质在肝组织的蓄积及脂肪变性。提示,此日粮可用于实验性蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征病理模型的复制。
【Abstract】 72 layers aged 300 days were randomly divided into experiment group and control group with 36 each.The control group was fed with the standard diet,and the experiment group was fed with high-energy-low-protein diet for 60 days.Fat accumulation and histopathology changes of liver from 12 layers picked out randomly from the experiment group and the control group were detected or observed on day 1,30 and 60 during the experiment period respectively.In result,liver wet weight,fat percent of liver dry matter and liver fat late of laying hens in experiment group increased significantly compared with that in the control group on day 30 and 60(P<0.05 or P<0.01),each item mentioned above in control group had no difference on different sampling time.As for the liver histopathology changes,the external features and internal structure of liver from hens in control group were normal throughout the experimental period. Liver from hens in experimental group presented swelling,hemorrhage and yellowish-brown color. Obvious liver damage such as histological structure fuzzy,cell swelling,fatty degeneration,fat vacuole of varying quantities and sizes in cytoblastema were observed under light microscope.These results indicated that prolonged feeding with high-energy-low-protein diet should be responsibility for the increases of liver fat deposition of laying hens and its fatty degeneration of laying hens,which suggested that this high-energy-low-protein diet can be used for the pathology model building of fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome of laying hens(FLHS).
