【摘要】 为了解亚临床酮病奶牛的血浆瘦素水平及其动态变化特点,本试验选择15头荷斯坦奶牛对分娩前后的血浆leptin和酮体水平进行动态分析,根据酮体水平检测结果将被检牛分到酮病组和非酮病组进行回朔性分析,检查酮病牛血浆酮体和瘦素水平的变化特点。结果检出亚临床酮病牛4头,发病率26.7%。亚临床酮病组平均血浆瘦素水平(0.73±0.75ng/mL)极显著地低于非酮病组(2.06±1.64ng/mL).与非酮病组比较,亚临床酮病组血浆瘦素水平在产后8周内的动态变化显示低频率变化,这可能与奶牛产后酮病的发生机理有关。本研究还报告了病牛个体血浆瘦素和酮体水平的动态变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the plasma leptin levels and its dynamic change characteristics in dairy cows with subclinical ketosis,fifteen dairy cows around calving were randomly chosen and the plasama concentrations of leptin and ketone bodies were determined dynamically,the cows were divided into 2 groups e.g.subclinical ketosis(sk) and non subclinical ketosis(nsk)according to plasma ketone bodies level. The results showed 4 cows suffered from sk and the morbidity was 26.7%.The plasma leptin level in sk group(0.73±0.75 ng/mL) was very significantly lower than that in nsk group(2.06±1.64 ng/mL). Comparing with nsk group,sk group has remarkable less dynamic change frequencies of leptin levels than nsk group within 8 weeks postparturition,this character may be related to the pathogenesis of ketosis in dairy cows postparturition.Individual cases of cows with sk were also reported in this paper.更多还原
