【摘要】 家畜血吸虫病金标免疫渗滤试剂盒(以下简称试剂盒)检测实验感染血吸虫治疗前后3头牛血清中的抗体水平,结果表明,1号、2号和3号牛分别于感染后第3周、第4周和第2周检测到血吸虫抗体,于治疗后第29周、第27周和第39周抗体转阴。说明该试剂盒可用于家畜血吸虫病的早期诊断,并且血吸虫病牛在治疗10个月后,用该试剂盒检测具有疗效考核价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anti-schistosome antibody levels in blood sera of experimentally infected cattle before and behind curing were detected with Reagent Kit of DIGFA for Animal Schistosomiasis(RKDAS).Anti-schistosome antibodies had been found by detecting with RKDAS,since Cattlel, Cattle 2 and Cattle 3 were infected by schistosome cercaria for 3,4 and 2 weeks,respectively.The antibodies were not detected after the cattle had been cured with Praziquantel for 29,27 and 39 weeks,respectively. The results suggested that the RKDAS can be used for early diagnosis of schistosomiasis in livestock and the results of detection by RKDAS have referential values only after ten months for animal were cured.更多还原
