【摘要】 <正>A new species was found on Camellia sinensis from Mt Guniujiang,Anhui Province, China, and is described as follows: Lophodermium sinensis Y.R.Lin,C.L.Hou & J.L.Chen sp.nov. Ascomata on both sides of fallen leaves, scattered, seldom two confluent,in subround to irregular,4-15 mm diam.,fulvous bleached areas with unconspicuous edges. In surface view, ascomata black, slightly shiny,elliptical,(290-)400-730×(150-)220-290μm,with a clear outline;sometimes one or both ends of the ascomata grey-brown,with a dark brown perimeter line;straight or slightly curved to a side, one or two branched and became 3-lobed or triangular, ends rounded to subacute or slightly acute, moderately raising above the surface of the substrate at maturity, opening by a single longitudinal split to expose the fawn apexes of the hymenium, the split extending along 4/5-5/5 of the length of an ascoma.Lips absent. In median vertical section, ascoma partly intraepidermal,140-210μm deep, more than 4 displaced epidermal cells are scattered along the base of the ascoma.Covering stroma 14-23μm thick near the center of the ascomata, slightly thicker towards the edges, extending to the basal stroma, mainly consisting of dark brown,thick-walled,textura angularis and globulosa with cells of 2-5μm diam..Lips absent, but several hyaline thin-walled cells closely adhering to the lower area of the covering stroma near the opening which strongly carbonized.Basal stroma 10-22μm thick, dark brown, consisting of 2-3 rows of 2.5-5.5μm diam.,thick-walled,angular and globular cells. Subhymenium slightly concave or nearly flattened,12-20μm thick, composed of hyaline textura angularis and porrecta, with a region composed of 4-7μm diam.,lightly thick-walled,light grey-brown,angular cells at the edge of the ascoma.Paraphyses hyaline, filiform, extending 15-25μm beyond asci,1-1.4μm wide, with a thin gelatinous matrix, usually swollen near the apex, and the tips gradually swelling to 2-3μm diam.globules, forming distinct epithecium with 10-22μm thick above asci.Asci ripening sequentially,65-100×4-6μm,cylindrical,thin-walled and equal, apex rounded or subacute, short stalk,J,8-spored.Ascospores borne in a fascicle, sometimes helically arranged more or less,50-85×1-1.5μm,filiform,slightly tapered towards the ends,hyaline,aseptate,thin-walled,covered by a ca.1μm thick gelatinous sheath. Conidiomata on both sides of leaves, scattered to crowded, occasionally coalescing. In surface view, conidiomata grey-brown to dark brown, subrotund or incompletely orbicular, 90-170μm diam.,somewhat raising the leaf surface, opening by a 10-15μm diam.ostiole to discharge spores, the edge defined. In vertical section, conidiomata 30-55μm deep, lenticular in outline, subcuticular.Upper wall so poorly developed that it is only present in surrounding of the ostiole.Basal wall poorly developed.5-8μm thick, dark brown, consisting of ca.2 rows of thick-walled,angular cells.Conidiogenous cells and conidia not observed. Zone lines absent. On fallen leaves of Camellia sinensis(L.) Kuntze,Dayan,Mt Guniujiang,Anhui Prov., China,10 July 2006,Y.R.Lin et al.L2103(AAUF 68211,Type).
