不同温度和水分对胡敏素结构特征的影响

【摘要】 本文采用元素分析法,差热分析法及红外光谱法对添加玉米秸秆的水稻土在不同温度水分培养条件下,选择培养时间最长的样品测定胡敏素组分的结构特征。结果表明:水稻土中铁结合胡敏素(HMi)的脂族性高于粘粒结合胡敏素(HMc)。55℃的高温培养中HMi羧基或羰基类物质含量较高,其芳香度增加,而25℃的培养使HMc芳香族不饱和物质减少;不同含水量培养条件下含水量越高HMi的分子结构越简单;淹水条件使HMc的分子结构复杂化。从差热分析谱图中可以得出:HMc的结构较HMi的复杂,与淹水条件相比70%含水量的培养使HMi和HMc的分子结构更加简单化。通过红外光谱分析得出:HMi、HMc中含有脂族烃类、芳香化合物、羧基、碳水化合物等。不同温度的培养使HMc的脂族结构增加,分子结构简单化,而淹水条件下HMi的脂族性高于HMc,HMi与HMc的2920/1620比值与空白处理2920/1620值相比均呈现下降的趋势,表明土壤加入玉米秸秆淹水条件下培养360天后HM的各组分芳香化合物增加,分子结构复杂化。
【Abstract】 To mensurate the structural characteristics of humin(HM) components Chose the longest incubation time and the most representative sample,elemental analysis,differential thermal analysis(DAT) and infrared spectroscopy(IR) are used in this paper.The results showed that:the aliphatic structure of humin linked to iron(HMi) is stronger than humin linked to clay(HMc) in paddy soil.The humin linked to iron(HMi) had high level of carboxyl of carbonyl under 55℃incubation,the aromaticity increased,and 25℃incubation made unsaturated aromatic substance of humin linked to clay(HMc) decrease;The higher water content,the simpler molecular structure of the humin linked to iron(HMi) under different water content culture conditions, flooded conditions made the molecular structure of the humin linked to clay(HMc) complication.The picture of the differential thermal analysis(DAT) showed that:the structure of humin linked to clay(HMc) is more complex than humin linked to iron(HMi),compared to flooded condition,the molecular structure of humin linked to iron (HMi) and humin linked to clay(HMc) are more simpler under 70%water content incubation.Through infrared spectroscopy(IR):humin linked to iron(HMi)、humin linked to clay(HMc) contain aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic compounds,carboxyl,carbohydrate and so on,different temperature incubation make aliphatic structure of humin linked to clay(HMc) increase,molecular structure simplified.The aliphatic structure of humin linked to clay(HMc) is higher than humin linked to iron(HMi) under flooded condition,compared to the blank sample, humin linked to iron(HMi) and humin linked to clay(HMc)’s ratio of 2920/1620 showed a downward trend,that is to say soil added corn stalk which were incubated under flooded condition about 360 days made each component of humin(HM)’s aromatic compounds increase,the molecular structure complication.
