小麦/蚕豆间作对小麦根际微生物数量和多样性的影响
Effects of Wheat and Faba Bean Intercropping on Rhizosphere Microbial Population and Diversity

【摘要】 通过田间小区试验,研究了不同施氮水平条件下(0,90,180和270 kg.hm-2)小麦/蚕豆间作对小麦根际微生物区系、多样性和产量优势的影响。结果表明,小麦蚕豆间作显著提高土地当量比,显著增加小麦根际的细菌、真菌、放线菌数量和微生物多样性。在不同施氮水平条件下,间作使小麦分蘖期、开花期、灌浆期和成熟期的根际细菌数量平均提高86.2%、27.7%、36.6%和37.3%,根际真菌数量平均增加32.3%、120.9%、35.8%和10.0%,根际放线菌数量平均增加498.3%、41.2%、33.8%和64.3%。间作使小麦分蘖期、开花期和成熟期微生物多样性指数平均增加了74.5%、7.6%和7.4%。在0、90、180、270 kg.hm-2施氮水平下,间作使小麦分蘖期根际细菌数量分别增加了113.1%、71.1%,51.9%和141.0%,根际真菌数量增加了3.5%、35.3%、35.8%和41.9%,根际放线菌数量增加了563.2%、518.8%、480.2%和431.2%。在较低施氮水平下(0,90kg.hm-2)间作对小麦根际微生物数量的影响效果较大。间作条件下适量施用氮肥能有效调节小麦根际微生物区系,增加作物产量。
【Abstract】 Effects of wheat-faba bean intercropping on rhizosphere microbes amount,diversity of wheat and yield advantage at four N levels(0,90,180 and 270 kg.hm-2) were studied.The results indicated that land equivalent ratio were increased by intercropping.Rhizosphere bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes amount of wheat in intercropping were increased by 86.2%,27.7%,36.6%and 37.3%;32.3%,120.9%,35.8%and 10.0%;86.2%, 27.7%,36.6%and 37.3%at tillering stage,flowering stage,filling stage and mature stage respectively comparing to sole cropping,Compared with monocropping,intercropping significantly increased microbial diversity by 74.5%,7.6%and 7.4%at tillering stage,flowering stage and mature stage respectively.Intercropping advantages of increasing wheat rhizosphere bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes amount of tillering stage were increased by 113.1%, 71.1%,51.9%and 141.0%;3.5%,35.3%,35.8%and 41.9%;563.2%,518.8%,480.2%and 431.2%at 0,90,180 and 270 kg.hm-2 nitrogen application rates treatments.Intercropping had significantly effect on rhizosphere microbe amount at 0 and 90 kg.hm-2 nitrogen application rates treatments.Rational nitrogen application could regulate wheat rhizosphere microbial community and increase compound yields effectively in wheat-faba bean intercropping system.
