【Abstract】 This paper combines the Time Division Duplex(TDD) features of TD-HSUPA system, Proposes a method of scheduling algorithm based on the thought of utility,which can maximize the user’s overall satisfaction;In this method,only one of real-time or non-real-time class of business is on the transmission at the same time slot,thus the maximum accepting number of users of the system is improved,so that the network can carry a higher capacity of data services,and the effectiveness of network construction can also be enhanced.更多还原
