【摘要】 显微近红外光谱技术以其无损、无污染等诸多特点,近年来在石油化工、医药卫生、司法鉴定等领域被广泛应用。本文针对显微近红外光谱技术在饲料中动物源性成分检测中的应用问题,结合饲料中动物源性成分检测方法和显微近红外技术原理,对国内外相关研究进展进行综述,就其发展方向进行分析。研究结果表明:应用显微近红外光谱分析技术可对饲料中动物源性成分进行定性分析。随着显微近红外光谱分析技术软硬件的不断发展,该技术在饲料中动物源性成分检测中将具有更为广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 cal industry, medicine and health care, judicial expertise for its efficient, with the features of nondestructive, pollution-free and so on. This ia an overview of the application of near infrared microscopy on studies of processed animal proteins in feedingstuffs, including measurement technique of detecting processed animal proteins, situation and the future development of near-infrared microscopy technique. The results show that: near-infrared microscopy could be used to detcect animal origin for qualitative analysis. With the continuous development of hardware and software, the technology in the detection of animal feeds will have a good prospect of application and extension.更多还原
