基于人机工程学的椭圆机设计与运动仿真

【摘要】 基于人机工程学的理论和方法,考虑椭圆机的使用影响因素,包括人群的年龄结构、人体的尺寸和运动器械的材质等,对椭圆机的机构及各零部件进行了设计。.利用Pro/E软件,完成各零部件及椭圆机的三维模型设计,并对其进行了运动仿真,且对手柄曲杆轴线端点、踏板中心点、后副轴进行了参数分析和轨迹分析。结果表明,确定的设计参数是正确的。该研究为健身器材的设计提供了一种方法。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory and method of the Ergonomics, the mechanism and the parts of elliptical machine were designed by considering influence factors of use of elliptical machine including the age structure of user, the body size and materials of movement equipment and so on. Three-dimensional model of the parts and complete assembly of the elliptical machine were designed , the movement simulation were realized, and the parameters analysis and trajectory analysis of the axis endpoint of the handle curved bar, pedal center point, and behind the vice-axis were Performed by using Pro/E software. The results show that the design parameters of determine is correct. The research provide a method for design of body-building equipment.
