多行程转筒式苜蓿干燥分离设备性能试验与参数优化

【摘要】 为检验多行程转筒式苜蓿干燥分离机的分离性能,并找出最佳的工作参数,论文分别就转筒转速、喂料速度、入口风速以及分离室风门的开启面积对茎叶分离率、叶料纯度和生产率的影响规律进行了单因素试验和正交试验。结果表明:转筒转速、喂料速度和入口风速与生产率存在直接正相关关系,而茎叶分离率则随着转筒转速和喂料速度的增加而降低,随着入口风速的增大而提高,叶料纯度与茎叶分离率的变动趋势则相反;分离室风门的开启面积对茎叶分离率和叶料纯度的影响较为显著,而对生产率影响不大。正交试验结果表明:在满足生产率要求的条件下,喂料速度、转筒转速和入口风速应分别在8~10kg/min、8~12r/min和13~15m/s,可获得较高的茎叶分离率和叶料纯度。
【Abstract】 In order to test the separation capability of multi-zone rotary drum of drying and leaf-stem separation for alfalfa and find out the best parameters.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experament were conducted to investigate the rules between rotate speed of rotory,feeding speed,wind speed of rotory drum entrance,area of the gate on separation room and ratio of separation,leaf purity quotient,productivity respectively.The results show that: between rotate speed of rotary, feeding speed, wind speed of rotary drum entrance and productivity exist directed correlationship respectively.On the other hand, ratio of separation decrease as rotate speed of rotary and feeding speed increase,also increasing with increased of wind speed of rotary drum entrance. Leaf purity quotient and ratio of separation have reversed trend. Influence of area of the gate on ratio of separation and leaf purity quotient are observably,but have a little effection on productivity.The results of orthogonal test show that:under the condition of having preferable productivity,setup the feeding speed rotate, speed of rotary wind and speed of rotary drum entrance between 8~10 kg/min、8~12 r/min and 13~15 m/s respectively, the ratio of separation and leaf purity quotient could reach to high values.
